Modern Chiropractors provides an AI-powered electronic health record (EHR) platform purpose-built for chiropractic practices. Our services include practice management tools, scheduling, documentation, billing support, patient portal access, and related features as described on our website.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid services are billed on a monthly basis. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations. You may not use our platform to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content, or to interfere with the operation of our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology on our platform are owned by Modern Chiropractors and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for your practice operations. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Patient data processed through our platform remains under your control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modern Chiropractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that may harm our platform or other users. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
